Claush ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes what information the App collects, uses, and stores.
Claush is an SSH client app for connecting to Claude Code on remote servers that you own. It does not provide AI capabilities or server infrastructure. It provides access to servers and AI services that you set up yourself.

When using the memory feature, conversation memories are stored in a database (SQLite or PostgreSQL) on your own remote server. This data is stored on your server, not on Claush's servers.
Information submitted through our contact form (name, email address, message) is stored in Google Firebase Firestore. This information is used solely for responding to your inquiry.

The App does not transmit user data to any other external servers. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.
We do not share or disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by law.
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or website.
