Privacy Policy

Claush ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy describes what information the App collects, uses, and stores.

1. Nature of the App

Claush is an SSH client app for connecting to Claude Code on remote servers that you own. It does not provide AI capabilities or server infrastructure. It provides access to servers and AI services that you set up yourself.

2. Information We Collect

2.3 Server-Side Data

When using the memory feature, conversation memories are stored in a database (SQLite or PostgreSQL) on your own remote server. This data is stored on your server, not on Claush's servers.

2.4 Contact Form

Information submitted through our contact form (name, email address, message) is stored in Google Firebase Firestore. This information is used solely for responding to your inquiry.

3. Data Transmission

The App communicates with the following:

• Your remote server: SSH connection (only to servers you specify)
• Google Fonts: Font loading (landing page only)

The App does not transmit user data to any other external servers. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs.

4. Data Protection

• Authentication credentials and API keys are encrypted and stored in the iOS Keychain
• Chat history and app settings are not synced to iCloud
• Server communication is encrypted via the SSH protocol
• We do not store or transmit user data on our own servers

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share or disclose your personal information to third parties, except as required by law.

6. Your Rights

• Access: You can view all registered information from the settings screen within the app
• Deletion: Server information can be deleted from within the app. Uninstalling the app deletes all on-device data
• Server data: Memory database data resides on your server and can be managed and deleted by you

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or website.
