Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Claush ("the App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

1. Description of Service

The App is an SSH client application for connecting to Claude Code on remote servers that you own and manage from your iPhone.

• The App does not directly provide AI capabilities
• The App does not provide server infrastructure
• Users must separately arrange their own server (VPS, etc.) and Claude Code subscription

2. Fees

1. The App is a monthly subscription service
2. A 3-day free trial is available upon initial registration
3. After the trial ends, you will automatically transition to the paid plan. No charges will be incurred if you cancel during the trial period
4. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
5. Subscription management and cancellation can be done from iPhone Settings > Subscriptions
6. Server fees (VPS) and Claude Code fees (Anthropic) are not included in the App's subscription price

3. User Responsibilities

1. Users are responsible for the management and security of their own servers
2. Users are responsible for the management of their own API keys
3. Users are responsible for the results of Claude Code operations on their servers
4. Users must not use the App for illegal purposes
5. Users must not use the App to gain unauthorized access to others' servers

4. AI Output Disclaimer

1. The App provides a means to connect to AI services (such as Claude Code) on the user's server. We make no guarantees whatsoever regarding the accuracy, completeness, safety, or legality of AI-generated output
2. We are not liable for any damage arising from the execution or adoption of code, commands, suggestions, or other output generated by AI
3. We are not liable for any damage resulting from specification changes, outages, or discontinuation of AI services
4. Use of any output is at the user's own risk. Please exercise sufficient caution when performing operations that may affect critical systems or data

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Using the App for illegal activities or to facilitate illegal activities
• Violating the privacy of other users or third parties
• Circumventing or disabling the App's security features
• Interfering with the operation of the App

6. Intellectual Property

Copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights of the App belong to us. Rights to code and content created through Claude Code are subject to Anthropic's Claude Code Terms of Service.

7. Service Changes and Suspension

1. We may change the content of the service without prior notice
2. We may temporarily suspend the service if there are unavoidable circumstances
3. In the event of long-term suspension or termination of the service, we will endeavor to provide advance notice with a reasonable period
4. We are not liable for any damage arising from changes, interruption, or suspension of the service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part

8. Disclaimer

1. The App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, stability of SSH connections, or server uptime
2. Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for any and all damages arising from or related to the use of the App, including but not limited to:
   • Damage caused by command execution, file operations, or server configuration changes through SSH connections
   • Loss, corruption, or leakage of data on the user's server
   • Damage resulting from communication failures, disconnections, or delays
   • Damage resulting from outages, specification changes, or discontinuation of third-party services (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, server providers, etc.)
   • Damage resulting from leakage of authentication credentials or API keys (within the scope of user's management responsibility)
   • Indirect, special, incidental, consequential damages, or lost profits
3. In the event that we are held liable for damages, our total liability shall not exceed the aggregate amount of fees paid by the user for the App during the 12-month period preceding the occurrence of such damage

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
